In November, New Jersey residents, with a significant majority, voted “yes” to Public Question No. One to legalize and regulate cannabis. So Amy & Joe were thinking, “Great! It’s legal. Let’s do this! How does one start a canna-business? What *are* the best recipes for delicious edibles? & so on.” So we asked our friend Patricia Patton, host of the podcast Me & Mary Jane and Asbury Park’s best-known cannabis communicator and advocate, back to the podcast to help us sort it out. BUT, we soon discovered that for the moment all is not so clear, and that recreational or adult use of cannabis is only kind of permissible and not yet sorted out at all. So we should all slow down a bit and cancel that sativa-infused book gathering for now.
